A group for LGBTQ+ youth ages 12-18 or 6th to 12th grade. We socialize, hold discussions, and provide support, education, and a safe space to hang out and be yourself! Snacks are provided. The group is led by background-checked and youth-protection-trained facilitators. PRISM meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 5-7 pm.

A monthly meeting lets the community know what’s happening with LGBTQ Outreach of Porter County. Discussion of programs, events, and volunteer opportunities as well as an open space to raise ideas & concerns for advocacy for our community. Meetings held monthly on the third Thursdays from 7-8:30 pm.

An 18+ adult group for trans, non-binary, and gender expansive folx. We socialize, hold discussions, and provide support in a safe space to hang out and be yourself! “Unlabeled” meets on the first Thursday of every month from 7-8:30 pm.

Join us for monthly hikes as we spend time out in nature. Hiking spots vary month to month. Times and dates are posted on social media and our monthly newsletter. (Generally last from 60-90 minutes).

Discover Community are year round events held in different venues and are open to the LGBTQ+ community, families, allies, and friends. Events are designed to connect with others through conversations, informal activities, meals, games, and sharing space with each other. See our calendar and social media for upcoming dates.

We celebrate National Coming Out Day with our I'm Coming Out Drag Show + Charity Auction. National Coming Out Day is On October 11 to raise awareness for individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and champion the idea that homophobia thrives in silence. On this day, many people who identify as LGBTQ+ will “come out” (a term stemming from the phrase “come out of the closet”) to friends or family about their sexuality, which is a massive moment!
